at comprehensive rates. Our rates are highly competitive,
based primarily on weight or by volume in few cases according
to the customer's best interest.
We work based upon a tariff table of measurements regulated
by the Illinois Commerce Commission
which provides the average cubic feet of most common household
items. This table is the basic tool used by all companies
to calculate the cost of your move, either by volume or by
weight.
Long Distance moves - which
are a moves greater then 100 miles in distance, are charged
by weight and mileage.
Local moves - are charged
on an hourly basis depending on the number of men & trucks
necessary to complete the move.
Other costs that determine the over all price of a move would
be packing charges if requested or needed by the customer,
and full value replacement cost coverage usually provided
by General Casualty Insurance,
an AIG agent specializing in Household insurance.
